The Client shall keep in strict confidence all technical or commercial know-how, specifications, inventions, processes or initiatives which are of a confidential nature and have been disclosed to the Client by Sunny Marketing or its agents, and any other confidential information concerning Sunny Marketing’s business or its products which the Client may obtain. The Client shall restrict disclosure of such confidential material to such of its employees or agents as need to know it for the purpose of discharging the Client’s obligations to Sunny Marketing, and shall ensure that such employees or agents are subject to obligations of confidentiality corresponding to those which bind the Client.

Cancellation of Services

The Client may cancel service by providing no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior notice by contacting us through the contact form. Sunny Marketing does not accept cancellations via telephone, live chat, or any other method except by the contact form. If cancellation notice is not received within the required time frame, the Client will be billed for the next Billing Term and responsible for payment as set forth above. The 48 hours is strictly enforced.

Refusal of Service

Sunny Marketing reserves the right to refuse service to any person at our discretion. Sunny Marketing further reserves the right to deny service to any script, program, software, or other service at our discretion. Such refusal can occur at any time, for any or no reason, and without explanation.

Support Policy

Sunny Marketing will provide technical support to the Client twenty-four (24) hours a day, five days a week, with the exception of few holidays and brief company meetings. Limited support will be provided, at our discretion and subject to availability of staff, via telephone. Telephone option is not official method of support and no guarantee is made as to the availability, accessibility, or technical expertise. Any inquiries via telephone support must be limited to general questions which do not require access to any account or server to investigate or resolve; and may not be used to request the status of or provide updates to a help desk ticket. Any issue requiring investigation, research, or access to an account/server must be sent via contact form. We reserve the right to direct any issue to the help desk at our discretion and to refuse to provide support for such issue via telephone.
